Pias grillbrød 40 g gær 5 dl vand 2 tsk. havsalt 2 spsk. olivenolie 100 g grahamsmel 540 g hvedemel ½ dl olivenolie Krydderurter, f.eks. timian, oregano el. rosmarin 12 oliven Flagesalt Rør gæren ud i vandet og tilsæt salt, olivenolie og grahamsmel. Rør hvedemelet i, dejen skal være meget klistret, dæk den til og stil den til hævning i køleskabet i 6-8 timer. Kom dejen i en smurt bradepande, hæld olien over og tryk huller i dejen. Fordel krydderurter, oliven og flagesalt over og bag brødet ved 200° i 35 min. og servér det lunt. Vi belønner hver uge en opskrift fra en af vores læsere med lækre køkkenting.
