In these modern times most people may prefer to enjoy their fashion mags online, but for me- from opening up the glamorous covers & turning the glossy, crisp pages with my ACTUAL hands or inhaling the exotic perfume sample ads with my ACTUAL nose- feats impossible (for now, anyway) even in this 'digital age'- nothing beats the 'real' thing... except maybe paying less than half the price of newstand! Great mag- & MUCH cheaper than news stand!
Reading fashion magazines (especially 'Elle) bring me right back to my teen years & how I LOVED getting them delivered. Loved it back then & I still love it today- especially the price- so much cheaper than news stand!

Not impressed!
I did not give it 5 stars because it has too many political based articles and comments. If I wanted to read that mess, I would subscribe to the New Yorker or the Economist. There are way too many ads, as well. If you want a good fashion magazine subscribe to Harper's Bazaar and an amazing beauty magazine is New Beauty.

I like E. Jean...
Elle would do well to get a little more meaty...maybe a more feminist stance or an intellectual stance, or a sheerly artistic stance. Not much to sink ones teeth into (excepting E. Jean, who is hysterical and right on point), except that which is trendy.
