From its initial releases for the Year of the Dragon, Chopard has added a full range of high-watchmaking creations with artistic expertise.

The Year of the Dragon always brings spectacular designs in watchmaking that celebrate this auspicious mythical creature. However, none have gone so far as Chopard in 2024, which introduced a slew of designs that magnify the savoir-faire of the Maison as well as the many ways the dragon is expressed in watchmaking. First up are a pair of unique tourbillon timepieces highlighting the art of microsculpture and enamelling. The more compact L.U.C Flying T Twin Phoenix is a 35mm sized ethical rose gold model that’s set with diamonds on the bezel, case sides, lugs, and crown. It has a hand-engraved phoenix with wings outstretched, soaring over the tourbillon that’s positioned at 6 o’clock with a small seconds hand.
