Every single control was backwards, even the throttle, which, on this craft, you pull back to increase power. For 30-plus years I’ve pushed throttles forward for take-off, pulled back on a stick to pitch up, and moved it left or right to bank left/right. But here I was on a minimalist hang glider trike whose mission was to provide flight at the least amount of weight, even saving a few ounces on a shorter throttle cable in spite of making it go in the wrong direction. And the controls were backwards.
