This is a fun pattern to change up as you like. Add more motifs around the outside and it becomes a square centerpiece or switch up the colors for year-round display.

SKILL LEVEL Intermediate FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 11 inches wide x 21 inches long MATERIALS • Lizbeth size 10 crochet cotton thread (122 yds per ball): 3 balls #610 cream 1 ball each #670 Victorian red and #683 leaf green lt • Size 7/1.65mm steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge • Tapestry needle GAUGE Rnds 1–4 = 21/8 inches across points; fptr, [ch 1, 3 dc, ch 1, fptr] twice = 2 inches PATTERN NOTES Motifs are worked with right side facing at all times. Small Motifs are joined in last round to Center Motif with a join-asyou-go technique. Refer to Joining Diagram for placement of Motifs and beginning stitches. Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
