UNIVERS SOLAIRE L’un, Antoine Grulier, sort des Beaux-Arts, le second, Thomas Defour, de l’École nationale supérieure des arts visuels de La Cambre. La fusion des deux, partageant les mêmes «influences teintées de soleil», donne Superpoly, créé en 2015, sur le concept du Collectible Design – objets uniques à la croisée des mondes de l’art, des galeries et du design –, bien avant les autres. Leur pratique pluridisciplinaire, multipliant les médiums, diffuse la joie de vivre qu’ils investissent dans leurs projets, de l’architecture d’intérieur à l’exemple de la maison Porta Rossa de Silvia Fiorucci, sur l’île grecque de Kastellorizo, aux vases en céramique semblant prêt à s’animer.
