The quick (and clever) way to add some colour to your hair this season

And according to Tina Farey, editorial director at Rush, recreating the look is as simple as it sounds. The trick for truly popping colour? Be ruthless. Grab a vibrant pink spray-on hair colour and go to town on your locks, making sure to work in sections and spray every strand thoroughly (brunettes should do this twice). Fancy going the whole hog? “Have some fun with chopstick styling tongs to get a ringlet-like curl before you get spraying, then brush the hair out for more volume and to give it a softer edge,” says Farey.
