FRONTEND YOUR EYE ON THE WORLDWIDE CLASSIC FORD SCENE. ‘NEW’ RS500S TO BE BUILT AWS announce trio of continuation Touring Car-spec Sierras Touring Car preparation specialist, CNC Motorsport AWS will build three Andy Rouse Engineering (ARE) specification Sierra RS500 Group A race cars in collaboration with the four-time British champion. Each will be constructed from an original Sierra bodyshell to an exacting design set by the 60-time British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) race winner. Just as it was in period, the first chassis, set to be completed by early 2022, will be built from a brand-new 909 Motorsport shell, which has been unused and carefully stored since the 1980s.
