This month I’ve been running around in Britain’s second most popular EV, the Audi Q4 e-Tron. It’s perfectly fine, offering a premium interior with a feasible range, anonymous styling and decent dynamics. However, after the shot of adrenaline that was the S3, the e-Tron feels like a pint of Night Nurse. (The car that outsells it, the Tesla Model Y, is also no dynamic livewire.) While I wait to get my S3 back, I’ve secured a dashcam to ensure I’m never again the victim of a lousy hit-and-run, or at least it should help identify the offender.
