This comes as widow Patiswa Mhlauli relived the funeral of her late husband, Thamsanqa, on Monday after she was alerted by funeral service provider Avbob, three hours after his burial on Friday, that they had buried the wrong body. Avbob apologised to the family, saying it was human error that had led to the delivery of the wrong body. “We will do whatever we can to resolve the matter and assist the family in getting closure,” the funeral service provider said.
