Malaysia Airlines unveils new A330neo business class seat

KUALA LUMPUR-based Oneworld member Malaysia Airlines has unveiled its new Airbus A330neo business and economy class seats as part of its fleet modernisation plan, ahead of the first aircraft’s scheduled delivery in the third quarter of this year. The new A330neo cabins will feature many “firsts” for the airline, including suites with individual privacy doors in business class. The airline has 20 A330neo aircraft on order. MAS has chosen the Collins Aerospace Elevation business class seat and each A330neo will feature 28 of the suites. Economy class will feature 269 seats, including 24 with extra legroom. For this cabin, the airline opted for the Recaro CL3810 seat model, promising an ergonomic design and enhanced support, coupled with thoughtful amenities such as a coat hook, cup holder and “ample stowage”.
