SIA to partner with celebrity chef Monica Galetti for premium meal service departing the UK

SINGAPORE AIRLINES HAS ANNOUNCED a partnership with Samoan-New Zealand chef Monica Galetti. The MasterChef judge and former owner of Mere restaurant in London, which closed in April, will curate menus for business class, first class and suite customers departing on SIA flights from the UK. This includes services from Heathrow, Manchester and Gatwick – a new route launching in June. The service will launch in the fourth quarter of this year and offer “the finest British ingredients with an emphasis on provenance and local suppliers”, with a nod to Galetti’s South Pacific roots.…
