NO POINTS FOR BA In early September I was booked on a BA / American Airlines trip from Copenhagen to San Juan on business class. I had an early morning departure with two connections to reach Puerto Rico, but around eight hours before departure I received an email from BA saying that due to a technical issue, my connecting flight to London was cancelled and they cancelled the full trip. This is of course what happens, but the way it was handled was not how I would treat a loyal BA frequent flyer. (Gold or Silver the last nine to ten years).
