HONG KONG Hong Kong Arts Festival From February 27 The 53rd Hong Kong Arts Festival begins at the end of February with a performance of Family by Shanghai Yue Opera House, one of China's leading companies. The next day it will perform The Butterfly Lovers (pictured). During the course of a month, the festival will feature music, ballet, theatre, opera and dance from around the world. ITALY Brera Modern, Milan Now open The Brera Modern finally opened December, 50 years after plans for the museum were first unveiled. Located down the road from the existing Pinacoteca di Brera, which houses works by the likes of Canova and Caravaggio, the new museum will showcase the gallery's modern oeuvres.
