Digital learning has transformed traditional classrooms and methods of teaching like never before. While classroom lessons remain the main source of learning for most children, online modules are playing an important part in covering course work on time and streamlining assessment processes. The growing importance of online teaching became clearer when schools and colleges were shut across the country for months because of the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, online classes were the only way that students could be taught.
Even before the pandemic, the government had been laying stress on taking digital education to all rural parts of India.
