Hot properties, expert buying advice, and a must-see garden at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show

BATTALION OF BLOOMS Anyone who’s visited the RHS Chelsea Flower Show will have spotted the familiar red coats of the Chelsea Pensioners, the retired soldiers who live on-site. This year, the famous residents will be more than spectators – they’ve created a show garden of their own, in collaboration with the designer Dave Green. It is supported by London Square – this will be the property developer’s third year sponsoring a garden, and it promises to be one of the most interesting projects yet. The design will be inspired by the Chelsea Pensioners’ stories and history, juxtaposing the ceremonial and everyday aspects of their lives.
