ZITRONENTORTE MIT GÄNSEBLÜMCHEN Im Frühling erscheinen die ersten Gänseblümchen in unserem sattgrünen Rasen, und bald sieht der Garten aus wie eine Zeichnung aus einem Märchenbuch – ganz besonders, wenn auch Schmetterlinge und Bienen um sie herumschwirren. Als ich erfuhr, dass Gänseblümchen essbar sind, hatte ich sofort eine zarte Torte im Sinn, um mit ihr den Frühling gebührend zu feiern. Dafür habe ich den Biskuitkuchen aus dem alten Rezeptheft meiner Schulleiterin mit einer Buttercreme aus einem Kochbuch von 1955 bestrichen und mit Zitronensaft und -abrieb verfeinert.
