Ab auf den Mond

Das 50. Jubiläumsjahr der Mondlandung geht zu Ende – Silvester ist also die letzte Gelegenheit, um noch mal drauf anzustoßen. Mit diesen kinderleichten und raketenschnellen Rezepten hebt jede Space-Party so richtig ab!

Gemüse-Reispapier-Raketen Für 6 Raketen Zubereitungszeit: 45 Minuten 200 g Karotten 1 rote Paprika 1 Zweig frische Minze 2 EL Sesamöl 1 EL flüssiger Honig 1 EL Zitronensaft 5 EL Sojasauce 100 g Sprossen 6 Blatt Reispapier (das bekommst du in der Asia-Abteilung des Supermarkts) So geht‘s: 1. Schäle die Karotten und schneide sie mit dem Sparschäler in lange, dünne Streifen, schneide die Streifen dann mit einem Messer in Stifte. Halbiere die Paprika, entferne die Kerne und schneide die Paprika in dünne Streifen. Zupfe die Minzblätter ab und hacke sie fein. Nun verrührst du Öl, Honig, Minze, Zitronensaft und 1 EL Sojasauce. Mische Karotten, Paprika und Sprossen mit dem Dressing. 2. Weiche die Reispapierblätter einzeln nacheinander in einer Schüssel mit warmem Wasser ein und lass sie auf Küchenpapier abtropfen. 3.
