Alexa Bruun Rasmussen holdt en kærlig, munter og rørende tale, hvor hun talte direkte til sin far, Jesper Bruun Rasmussen, da de sammen holdt afskedsreception i den historiske sal hos Bruun Rasmussen Kunstauktioner.

Over 400 gæster fra nær og fjern — deriblandt familie, venner, kolleger, bekendte og gamle kunder — deltog i Jesper og Alexa Bruun Rasmussens afskedsreception i den historiske sal hos Bruun Rasmussen i Bredgade, hvor far og datter så ofte har svinget hammeren oppe fra podiet. Det er med tårerne i øjnene i dag. For jeg skal også sige tak til en anden kollega. Det er så en af de kolleger, jeg får lov at tage med mig — nemlig min egen far. Men ikke bare en far, også en mentor, lød det bevæget fra Alexa Bruun Rasmussen i afskedstalen, hvori hun takkede sin far for at have ladet hende svinge hammeren ved auktioner og for altid at have troet på hende. Og så var der også stor ros til far fra…
