Most Bathurst starts? Among Jim Richards’ many, many motorsporting claims to fame is the fact he’s started more Bathurst classics than any other driver – 35. This is three more than Peter Brock (32 starts) and seven more than Colin Bond (28). While it’s clear-cut that Richo is the most capped driver in the history of the Great Race, the car with the most starts in the event is not. Admittedly, it’s not something we’ve thought a lot about here at AMC.
